The information we collect about you

Personal information is collected when you make a reservation from our website or by a gift voucher, as well as when you contact us about a purchase either by email, letter, fax or on the phone. When you visit our web pages our Web server automatically recognizes and collects your domain name and may include your search criteria and history, IP address, the browser you are using such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari, the times when you access the site, which pages and for how long, your referring URL (the site you come from to reach our website), cell ids (these are the unique identifiers of the telecommunications towers being used by your mobile phone when you use our locations-based services on your mobile phone or tablet) and other location information (for example, GPS measurements). We may record or monitor calls that you receive from us or make to us. We do this for security and training purposes, and to improve the services we provide to you.

When you visit our web pages you are free to remain anonymous. However, in order to purchase our products or services, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information, including your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card details, home address and other identifying information in order to process orders and provide customer service. If you do not provide personal information when purchasing one of our products or services, we cannot confirm your purchase or fulfil your booking.

We only collect the personal information which you disclose to us and no other collections of personal information will occur without your consent.

GoLearnTo will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access to your personal information. But in compliance with the GDPR, in the event of a data breach that risks any of your rights or freedoms, we will inform you as well as our data protection authority within 72 hours of it coming to our attention.

Please also note that our products may be made available through our distribution partners. GoLearnTo are not responsible for the content of or privacy policies of other websites to which this site may link.

With your explicit consent, we or our service partners may from time to time send you information about our new products or ask your opinion on new product initiatives so that we may improve our service to you and other consumers. If you do not want GoLearnTo to contact you in the future please ensure you indicate this on the tick boxes at various points within the site.

We do not share your personal information with third party organizations who are not involved in fulfilling the purchases you have made from us or as described above, neither do we partner with, or have relationships with, any businesses which serve ads on to websites.

Tracking how our online services are used

We collect, and use third parties to collect and share with us, information from lots of visitors to our online services and analyse it to build up a picture of how people use our website. This helps us improve the services we offer. Marketing opt-in and opt-out provision

We offer you the chance to receive news and exclusive discounts from us by signing up to our newsletter. You have the right to ask us not to use your personal information for marketing. At all times, we will offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe from any service or update to which you have subscribed, if you change your mind.
