This 7 night / 8 day fitness holiday exclusively for women is set in a stunning villa near the town of Albufeira right on the southern coast of Portugal in the Algarve.

It’s the perfect place to get in shape as well as enjoy a well-earned holiday, with ideal weather allowing you to train outdoors along with a large pool at your villa accommodation & nearby beaches to relax and recharge.

Each day you will have about 6 hours of training and workouts, each varied and different so boredom and repetition is never an issue. You’ll not only utilise the natural surroundings for your routines but also the equipment supplied by the staff, so you can see what works best for you.

Your trainers have been coaching and leading fitness programmes for years, and genuinely love meeting people and helping them obtain goals. They’re also familiar with the area, and will be there 24/7 to give you 1 on 1 sessions, help devise a fitness plan, or point out the must-sees during your free time.

Meals are included and devised to be nutritious, energy boosting, and to not weigh you down so you have the best workout possible. Water is provided throughout the day, as well as snacks to give you a lift. However, if you would like to treat yourself, there are excellent restaurants in town, as well as on the beach!

The villa accommodation has been carefully chosen to give you the best fitness opportunities, as well as a base to explore both cultural and beautiful points of interest nearby, without having to rely on a car. Remember, there are no obligations, and you can either add to your fitness regime while here, or take time out as you need it to enjoy your time in the area.

I'm a solo traveller - can I join?
- This bootcamp holiday makes a great singles holiday as it is the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people
- Over 60% of women come on their own to work on their goals while enjoying a holiday
- You can choose to share a room with another solo traveller for no additional supplement or book your own private double/twin room for an extra supplement

When can I start?
- This holiday begins on Saturdays on set dates during the year
- Bootcamp holidays are for 7 nights / 8 days
- If you wish to stay for extra nights, please email to check availability for your preferred duration and we will do our best to accommodate you

Typical itinerary
The itinerary is for guidance only and is subject to change depending on the group’s needs and wishes but is typically as follows:

Day 1 - Arrival
- Arrive at Faro airport and be met by your transfer and taken to the villa
- Once you arrive, feel free to settle in, sunbathe, swim or explore the area
- Enjoy a welcome dinner with the other guests and have a relaxing evening

Day 2
- The day starts at 7am with full body measurements and fitness tests (this will also be done on your departing day so you can see your improvements)
- This is followed by breakfast by the pool
- Next you’ll have a welcome meeting and discuss what to expect in the week
- Morning fitness sessions (throughout the week approximately 20 different fitness classes, with elements of cardio, resistance, core and stretch) are followed by a healthy, light lunch
- Free afternoon to use the pool, head to the beach, walk into town or relax with a book or a film
- The day will end with a relaxation and stretch class and dinner

Day 3
- Start the day off with a walk/run before breakfast followed by a healthy living workshop (there will be a workshop every day with the topic changing daily)
- Fitness sessions
- Evening BBQ

Day 4
- This morning is similar to the previous days
- This afternoon the masseuse visits and anyone can book in a massage (€25 for 30 minutes)
- In the evening, there is an optional trip to Albufeira old town for dinner at a fantastic beachfront restaurant
- Feel free to stay out and enjoy some drinks in town

Day 5
- This morning will be a full work out day on the beach, and head over their on a 45 minute coastal walk
- This includes a beach interval run/walk, followed by fitness sessions and team games
- After a picnic lunch, the afternoon is yours to head into old town, shop, or relax before dinner

Day 6
- This is the last full day of fitness, so the day is filled with fitness sessions, which you should notice an improvement on
- The masseuse will also be available this afternoon

Day 7
- Start the day with your measurements and fitness tests again to see your results
- There will be additional excursions to choose from today, ranging from relaxing boat trips around the Albufeira coastline, to paddle boarding and surfing
- These are optional and at an extra cost, so if you would rather just enjoy your last day at the villa, feel free
- Tonight there will be the closing workshop and final dinner

Day 8 - Departure
- Check out is at 10am, and your transfer will be there to return you to Faro airport
- There will be post boot camp support and your hosts will be keeping in touch

7am: wake up interval walk/run
8am: breakfast
9am: morning workshop
10am-1pm: fitness sessions including boxfit, circuits, core, combat, attack, zumba, dance, team games, weights, functional, beach walks, and much more!
1pm: lunch
Free afternoons
5pm: relaxation class, such as Pilates/yoga/stretching
7:30: evening meal

About your instructors
- Steve is your host and head trainer from the UK
- He has been a trainer for over 15 years with experience in personal training, leading classes, bootcamp retreats and body transformation
- Hannah is the main class instructor and teaches the vast majority of classes; she has been teaching for 5 years throughout the UK, is a bundle of energy and genuinely loves people and teaching
- You may meet some of the extra freelance instructors who are Portuguese and live in Albufeira, and have been teaching the retreats alongside Steve and Hannah for the last 5 years
- The masseuse who visits the villa is English but has since relocated to Portugal

- Throughout the week there is a variety of fitness sessions which will allow you to try new techniques and exercises that will get you results
- Feel free to use any of the equipment and see what works best for you
- There will be workshops throughout the week on nutrition, behavior, and wellbeing lifestyles
- Trainers are available 24/7 and are there to help you personally to get motivated and fit
- The team will contact you after your holiday for follow ups if you would like ongoing support

What do I need to bring?
- Fitness equipment, swimming costume, lounge clothes and evening wear
- A full list of suggestions will be sent to you prior to your arrival
- Some spending money for an evening out, massages, or optional excursions

Where will I be staying?
- The private villa where you’ll stay is has 7 bedrooms, either twin or double with ensuite showers, which are spacious, bright and comfortable
- There is air-conditioning throughout
- Set on private grounds with a large inground pool and sun loungers, yet only a 15 minute walk from beaches and 30 minutes into old town and the harbour
- There’s plenty of space at the villa including a TV room, 2 game rooms, along with a large gardens and terraces around the pool
- If you are travelling solo, you can choose to share with another solo traveller or reserve your own private room for an additional supplement
- Accommodation is included for 7 nights / 8 days
- Check in anytime on day 1 and check out is at 10am on day 8

Are meals included?
- Your meals are provided throughout your stay and have been thoughtfully planned to give you the energy and nutrition you need throughout the week
- Sample menu:
Oats, berries and fruit
Chicken, salad and grains
Carrots & hummus, nuts, fresh yoghurts
- One night there will be a BBQ at the villa
- Please note that this is indeed your holiday, and there are great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby if you would like to treat yourself

What can I do in my free time?
- The villa is in a great location to get out and explore
- You’re a 15 minute walk from two beaches which have ocean front restaurants
- A 30 minute walk will take you to the harbour and old town of Albufeira, which has a great night life in addition to culture, shops, restaurants and more
- If you are interested in water sports (surfing, paddle board, etc), your hosts can point you in the right direction

Massages/optional extras
- Sports and relaxing massages are available a few days during the week for €25 for 30 minutes
- Private training sessions can be booked for £30 a session
- Boat trip or paddle board sessions from €25
