  • 5 Italian cookery lessons on days 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 where you will eat your dishes at the end of the lessons
  • All cooking materials and organic ingredients
  • English and Italian speaking representatives and an English speaking translator will be on hand during your excursions and cooking classes
  • All excursions and entrance fees
  • One half day visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello
  • Excursion to the seafood and fish market in Savelletri
  • Visit to the magical town of Polignano al Mare
  • A tour of the local wine museum and wine tasting
  • Visits to cheese and biscuit producers
  • A half day visit to Martina Franca with free time to explore
  • A guided walking tour of the historical town of Fasano
  • All transport to the cookery school and excursions
  • Accommodation in your own private Trullo room with an en-suite for 7 nights / 8 days
  • Prices are based on a private room with bathroom – there are no single supplements and a solo traveller will be allocated a private single room
  • You can check in any time after 4pm on day 1 and check-out by midday on day 8 although this can be flexible to accommodate later flights
  • A welcome drink on arrival on day 1
  • Breakfast every morning
  • 5 lunches on days 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7
  • Note: You will need to budget for your own lunch on day 5
  • 7 dinners either from your cookery lessons or at local restaurants
  • Wine and soft drinks are included with meals
  • Return transfers to either Bari or Brindisi airport, or Fasano train station

On this unforgettable organic cookery holiday you will stay in your own private Trullo located in the heart of the Canale di Pirro with its vast private farm land, all within 15 minutes’ drive of beautiful beaches making it the perfect cookery school
